About This Role
The program administrator of the University Honors Program (UHP) at the Staley School of Leadership coordinates the day-to-day administration of scholar programs within the UHP. This includes serving as the program lead for multiple Grand Challenge Teams, the Campbell Scholars program, and other programs as they develop and grow. The administrator will also support other UHP initiatives as needed, including but not limited to recruitment, UHP applicant screening, student advising and assisting with curricular development.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with university or college faculty
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working with college students
- Demonstrated experience with or interest in applied or experiential learning

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
