Job Function: As a member of our professional staff, you will be responsible for the direct care of assigned patients, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Nursing Process: Use the nursing process of assessment, goal-setting, intervention planning, and continuous evaluation to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Compliance & Quality: Deliver care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and established standards of care.
• Support Kansas Heart Hospital's Goals: Help us achieve the mission and goals of Kansas Heart Hospital through excellence in patient care and teamwork.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Admits adults with various cardiovascular diagnoses.
• Assists patients that require invasive tests, procedures, and therapies such as cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, balloon and stent or surgery.
