Job Description
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will support day-to-day warehouse and facility operations by managing inventory, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping ensure a safe and well-organized work environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, including supplies, parts, and tools
- Purchase supplies and parts and help solicit and compare bids for inventory needs
- Track, manage, and coordinate third-party inspections for tools and equipment
- Support preventative maintenance programs by organizing schedules and documentation
- Coordinate inspections and work with third-party contractors as needed
- Maintain safety and compliance documentation for the facility
- Schedule safety trainings, required certifications, and new hire training sessions
- Use computer systems to enter, track, and maintain records and reports
