Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize chemical manufacturing and packaging processes. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost performance across operations. We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional with strong knowledge of process engineering in an industrial environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities may include:
- Design and optimize chemical production and packaging processes from raw materials to finished goods
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot operational issues using data analysis and root cause methodologies
- Develop and implement process safety protocols and conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA)
- Manage capital and operational projects, including ROI analysis and equipment integration
- Support R&D, establish manufacturing standards, and maintain SOPs
- Maintain engineering documentation including P&IDs, facility layouts, and production line drawings
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies
