How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Direct clinical operations and resource workflows to ensure every resident receives seamless, high-quality care within our long-term care community.
- Design and implement departmental goals that align with legal and ethical standards, fostering an environment of safety and clinical excellence.
- Empower and grow your nursing team by leading strategic hiring, orientation, and professional development initiatives that build a culture of retention.
- Manage fiscal health by preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring your department has the necessary resources to provide elite resident services.
- Champion regulatory compliance by overseeing audits and patient transitions (admissions/discharges) to maintain full alignment with State and Federal healthcare standards.
