Job Description
SUMMARY:
Under the minimal supervision of the department manager, assembles complex various subassemblies. Must also perform at least two functions in the basic assembly production process of the department. Promotes and utilizes standard safety practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly functions including riveting, countersinking, nutplating, drilling and applying sealants or adhesives

Utilize precision measurement equipment to check first part and receive a buy off from quality assurance.

Ensures quantity accuracy
Assembly Production Process
Clips
-
Assembles metal clips and plastic washers using holding fixture
-
Ensure parts are packaged with the required quantity
Kitting
-
Adhere to customer’s kitting requirements per the instruction for each job
-
Ensure part(s) are sealed per requirements and labeled accurately
Part Mark Machine
-
Apply part mark/stamp to each part utilizing part mark machine
-
Adhere to customer’s park mark requirements per instruction for each job
Window Assembly
-
Cleans glass surfaces
-
Check for imperfections in glass and seals
-
Assemble panes with seal material and apply gasket with adhesive
-
Pack product for shipping

Sealant Certified

Ground stud certified- preferred
