- This full-time role is pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience through the effective management of food and beverage offerings across the entire museum
- The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth, high-quality service and efficient operations
- This position involves taking on-site leadership responsibilities during a seven-day operation, guiding staff to deliver exceptional service and creating a positive environment for families and guests
- The ideal candidate will possess strong operational judgment and a passion for team development, along with a commitment to upholding high standards of service and safety
- Key responsibilities of this role include supporting the improvement of food and beverage operations, managing inventory and relationships with vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and food-handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff
- The schedule is primarily Tuesday through Saturday, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays required to meet the needs of the operation
