We are currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Shipper to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details:
HOW YOU WILL CONNECT
Delivers the Landmark National Bank commitment To be champions and catalysts for our communities by verifying the loan onboarding with the Core System (Fiserv) and managing the trailing document follow up and review. Works in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Verifies all documents are in file and correct before uploading to investor

Uploads documents to the investors

Sends original Notes to the investors

Handles all deficiencies from the investor (sends to whomever needs to make corrections, underwriter, closer or processor) to insure file gets funded in a timely manner

Goes after the LNG’s for RD, FHA and VA loans through their websites

Handles Post Closing Audits from MI Companies and Investors

Handling assignments in and out of the MERS system, tracking escrow holdbacks, and tracking completed files

Manage own professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan

Engage in Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities, Huddles and Celebration events.

Adhere to bank policies and procedures
-
Serves as backup to Pre/Post Closer positions

Perform other duties and projects as assigned
