Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring optimal performance of all systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and support enterprise-wide networks and remote access solutions to guarantee reliable connectivity.
- Oversee database management; ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide desktop support, technical troubleshooting, and user assistance across various platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and JobBoss.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures including network security protocols, firewalls, directory management, and information security policies to safeguard organizational data.
- Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement, licensing compliance, and service agreements.
- Maintain compliance with NIST standards for IT service management; oversee incident management, change management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular system audits; manage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving software development, network engineering, server management, and infrastructure upgrades with strong leadership and organizational skills.
