Job Description

We need seasonal employees complete hay harvesting duties including cutting, swathing, raking and baling. Employees will also need to assist with stacking bales and hauling from fields to storage locations. Employees will need to complete daily maintenance on haying equipment in order to keep the equipment running efficiently. Must be able to operate any equipment safely and efficiently for long hours. Daily maintenance on balers, including blowing machine off, cleaning windows and restocking twine. At our workshop we will need to do small engine repair, welding and maintenance. On the base location (our farm) employees will need to assist with general farm, yard and farm building upkeep. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.

Housing is provided.  Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered.  Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
