Job Description
Provides skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring health status, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
Long-Term Care Nurses also supervise and support CNAs and other staff, educate residents and families on health management, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The nurse plays a key role in promoting resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
This position requires excellent communication, clinical skills, and a commitment to resident-centered care. Previous long-term care experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and provide compassionate, professional care at all times.
