Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on thermoforming equipment. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, sourcing parts, documenting work, and supporting safe, efficient machine operation. Technicians work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining clean work areas and following all safety, GMP, and HAACP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Source and obtain repair parts, including urgent needs
• Maintain accurate machine and maintenance records
• Ensure safe working conditions and proper PPE use
• Support and coach team members as needed
• Communicate with leadership and assist other departments
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

• Mechanical/electrical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong math and reading comprehension
• Dependable, motivated, and able to accept responsibility
• Able to join an apprenticeship program
• Must provide required tools

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders throughout shift
• Work around oils, grease, inks, and solvents
• Good manual dexterity and corrected 20/20 vision
• Ability to distinguish color
