Job Description

Position Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures to ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment (e.g., Pre-Expander, Mold, Lamination Line, Auto Line) and verify proper setup.
• Review order specs and produce parts meeting required material, size, weight, density, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment, perform basic troubleshooting/adjustments, and report issues to supervision.
• Complete required logs, reports, labeling, bundling, and packaging tasks per job instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist in training new employees and support routine cleaning duties.
• Follow all safety, quality, and departmental procedures; maintain reliable attendance.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic English communication preferred.
• Ability to perform simple math and use measuring tools including a tape measure (down to 1/16th of an inch).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and tolerate temperature changes throughout shift.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and safely operate machinery.
