Customer Support Representative – High‑Volume Call Center
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails with consistent productivity
- Navigate a fast‑paced, often chaotic environment with confidence and composure
- Provide clear, empathetic support while resolving customer conflicts
- Troubleshoot website, login, and basic technical issues with customers
- Document interactions accurately and efficiently in internal systems
- Follow established workflows while adapting quickly to unexpected challenges
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and customer experience

- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to de‑escalate frustrated customers

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in high‑volume customer service, call centers, or fast‑paced service industries
- Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting (password resets, login issues, browser support)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
