Job Summary
The Sales Analyst supports the commercial sales team by analyzing sales performance, pricing, customer demand, and market trends for road salt and deicing products. This role provides actionable insights that drive pricing strategy, inventory planning, customer profitability, and sales growth across commercial accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Year-over-year management of all system maintenance for the entire commercial division.
- Collaboration with Senior Management and Legal team for drafting of annual distributed communications.
- Year-end reporting for the commercial division: awards, sales, pricing, etc.
- Ad hoc divisional reporting as needed.
- Fiscal Year Budget work as required.
- Team Lead for multi market RFQs. All intake, review, compilations, costing, submission, and contract management. As well as in-season customer service support for those contracts.
- Collaboration with internal team members regarding seasonal timing and procedures
- Customer service, Customer Master Data, Customer Facing Platforms, Governmental Division team members
- Distribution of all commercial communications for the division.
- Procurement of weekly reporting for senior management.
- Assisting team members with system knowledge and procedures.
- Keeping all commercial team members abreast of changes impacting day-to-day operations.
- In season daily order management and operations.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
