Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer carries out engineering work activites and directs resources necessary to support new product development and sustaining current products at XLT. This role ensures products and processes meet quality, cost, delivery, safety, and service expectations.
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, tooling and fixture design, process development, and technical problem-solving. This position also serves as backup to the Engineering Supervisor and provides leadership, coaching, and direction to Team Members assigned to engineering projects.
