Job Description
Under the supervision of the City Administrator, the Clubhouse Manager is a seasonal, non-exempt position under FLSA which performs work attending the Crawford Hills Golf Course clubhouse. This employee should possess mathematical skills and the ability to work on computers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides retails services to patrons;
- Suggests new retail and services;
- Orders and tracks inventory;
- Organizes, markets and schedules events and fundraisers;
- Reviews financial statements to ensure budgetary compliance;
- Manages employees;
- Manages time and attendance and employee scheduling;
- Manages course social media accounts;
- Ensures accuracy of daily deposits and financial records/reports;
- Makes reports to the City Administrator as requested;
- Ensures items for sale are stocked and displayed in an organized manner;
- Prepares food items for consumption;
- Takes food orders;
- Serves food items to customers;
- Cleans and maintains the clubhouse, including all clubhouse facilities;
- Performs money transactions;
- Maintains a courteous attitude with customers;
- Prepares and cleans golf carts;
- Responds to customer inquiries;
- Answers telephone;
- Takes inventories;
- Prepares deposits;
- Schedules Activity Center Attendants;
- Fills ball washers and water jugs; and
- Keeps accurate records.
