Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. Shifts vary from 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. If you are passionate about food and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available. Must be 17+ years of age to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the cash register and POS system efficiently to process transactions.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with up-selling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow time management practices to complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
