Job Description
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including electronic, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and all equipment and building systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assists in overseeing equipment maintenance and repairs of electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic
systems.
• Assists in overseeing facility maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other building systems.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Documents preventative maintenance procedures and PM activity records.
• Assists with spare parts inventory, including consumables such as oil, hydraulic fluids, etc.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose, plan and perform building repairs or maintenance.
• Occasionally climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces in the process of fulfilling some assignments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
