This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate product data, and supporting internal teams with planning, reporting, and communication.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with company policies.
- Provide backup support for financial and operational tasks, including cashier functions and route reconciliations.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain office supply inventory, and ensure organized reception and meeting spaces.
- Support planning and execution of team meetings, recognition events, and other company activities.
Marketing & Execution Support
- Maintain and update Must Carry product lists, quarterly innovation sheets, and promotional planners on SharePoint and Teams.
- Assist with Ad Planner updates, grocery pricing forms, and communication of changes to frontline teams.
- Prepare and distribute marketing reports, margin calculators, and innovation tracking documents.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales Directors to ensure accurate pricing, UPC data, and promotional details.
- Manage document formatting and linking for Quick Links pages and PDFs.
Data & Communication
- Track and communicate updates for product lists, deletions, and new item launches.
- Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials and maintain accurate records in Excel and PDF formats.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding operational support.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and strong sense of urgency.
- Experience in administrative support and familiarity with marketing or retail operations is a plus.
