What Will You Do?
- Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email
- Greet customers and assist them in finding their perfect vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
- Review and prepare sale-related paperwork
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean showroom
- Set up test drives and answer customer questions
- Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new vehicle models and features
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets
