Job Description

We farm 10,000-acres of corn, wheat, and sorghum. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of raising these crops. Employees will be required to plant crop in the spring, irrigate crop during the growing season, harvesting the crop in the fall and hauling the crops to storage from the fields after harvest. Employees will need to assist with pre- and post-season maintenance on equipment. Employees will also need to assist with manure hauling/spreading on the fields as well as stockpiling. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Housing is provided.  Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered.  Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
