Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, children, and families? We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and help support patients facing mental health, substance use, and life-impacting challenges.
💙 What You’ll Do:
- Provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Connect patients with community resources and healthcare services
- Collaborate with civic, governmental, and community organizations
- Support patients through life transitions, trauma, and ongoing challenges
- Work with both adult and pediatric populations
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW license in the State of Kansas
- Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-centered approach
- Experience preferred, but newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
