Residential Coordinator – Guide Teams, Create Safe Spaces, Promote Independence
Arrowhead West is seeking a Residential Coordinator to lead a team of caregivers to ensure homes are safe, welcoming, and empowering for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This leadership role blends team management, relationship-building, and hands-on support with opportunities to make every day meaningful.
What you’ll earn:
- Starting at $46,800 (Salaried, Exempt).
- Paid training; including First Aid & CPR certification, and training related to person centered planning and positive behavior supports.

Schedule: Full-time • Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday • Includes evenings/weekends • On-call rotation

What You Need
- Associate’s degree (or 60 college credits) OR two years of relevant experience; six months of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
