Positions Available: Full-Time, 1st Shift Production Positions. For the person who would like to be "hands-on" in making custom cabinetry but may not know precisely what position they are looking for, this is the job posting for you! After being interviewed, the production management team will assess your skills and interests and match you with available production positions at Crestwood. Positions may vary from machine operation, building (including face frames, drawers, and cabinetry), finishing (such as sanding, staining, and glazing), and booth operation to adding accessory items, packaging, and loading trucks. Helpful Background: Experience with teamwork, good communication, proven good attendance, and attention to detail. Preferred Background: Developed skills with mixing and making finishes, product assembly from detailed drawings, carpentry skills, measurement skills in linear and metric, and CNC machine operation.
Requirements:
- On-the-job training for candidates willing to learn with no experience.

- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Able to remain stationary for long periods
- Willing to learn wood species, finishes (stains and paints), and cabinet parts for assembly.

- Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers
- Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
- Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
- Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards
- Willingly participate in all training
- Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures

- Pure bond plywood- formaldehyde-free, soy-based assembly with improved moisture resistance.
- Zero-added urea formaldehyde
- Supermar Water solvent paints that are formaldehyde-free
- Recycling- saw dust(heating), acetone, water, and our packaging (plastic and cardboard)
- Ship full trucks and add backhauls to reduce the carbon footprint
