Job Description
Operating self-propelled equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or windrows crops such as corn, wheat, millet, soybeans, barley including combine, tractor with grain cart; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools; driving truck with trailer for transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas in close proximity to the farm, and transporting equipment and other tools used for harvesting from one field to another with pickup and trailer. Work performed on farm locations controlled/operated by Larson Harvesting Inc. may include general farm labor such as planting, spraying, dirt work, and irrigating. Must speak and understand English.
Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
