100% REMOTE WORK WITHIN U.S.

 

The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for customer relationships and driving revenue growth. The NAM will represent the company in day-to-day customer contacts and will be responsible for growing prepaid product sales, and enhancing long-term relationships to meet company goals.

 

The NAM will be a full-time employee reporting to the Director of Content & Account Management, supporting the Direct channel. The NAM will have direct responsibility for high profile, key accounts. The NAM will be accountable for new retailer deployments, new product launches at retail. The NAM will also be responsible for driving incremental revenue, transaction volume, and profit by ensuring epay Products are properly represented and promoted within the channel. The NAM will be the primary point of contact for each assigned account and as such will be highly available and responsive to their customer needs. The NAM will work with each account to proactively develop sales and marketing programs to increase sales of epay products.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the accounts like a business: develop and execute growth strategies; track and monitor performance; drive analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity; foster strong relationships to avoid attrition.
  • Travels to visit customers as needed.
  • Provide and direct regular meeting with customers to enhance relationships.
  • Identify and report on competitive trends.
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of the contractual agreement and terms between the customer and epay.
  • Must have the ability to map specific tactics to address the overall strategy and direction of the customer and epay.
  • Manage the entire relationship with customer; working with Sales at the close of a deal to transition the customer to Account Management; managing the launch & integration process; growing the business.
  • Create revenue projections for assigned customers. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly status reports to management team.
  • Assist and advise marketing strategies for customers based on their specific needs.
  • Analyst industry sales trends and educate customers.
  • Responsible for the retention, contract negation, and contract extensions of customers.

 

Requires High School Diploma/equivalent and 24 months of Sales Manager or Sales Representative experience.

 

90% travel within commuting distance to meet customers.
