Job Description
DIT America, LLC (Overland Park, KS): In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) Evaluation Lead.
Serve onsite within the OEM Multimedia Evaluation Department (via a Tier-1 supplier) as the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) Evaluation Lead for prototype vehicles.
- Define the end-to-end evaluation strategy, scope, schedule, and processes for IVI system testing.
- Build and maintain bench- and vehicle-based evaluation environments.
- Lead daily defect triage, root-cause replication, and resolution with cross-functional teams in the United States and Japan.
- Liaise with OEM and Tier-1 stakeholders, generate evaluation metrics and executive reports, and drive continuous improvement of test methods.
Requires Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer, Comp Science, Mechanical Engineer, Auto Engineer, or closely related field/equivalent & 48 months Auto System/Software experience.
Approx 10% travel, 1 – 5 days/trip, w/in US & Japan.
