Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the forming of sheet metal aluminum parts utilizing a Brake press per Customers engineering drawings and specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify tooling and all engineering drawings before manufacturing part
- Load machine with work pieces
- Perform visual inspection of part and traveler
- Confirm profile, pilot holes and cut outs are to Customer drawing
- Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job
- Maintain specifications by observing operations
- Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes
- Maintain specifications by trouble shooting processes, detecting malfunctions and taking measurements
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requests
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
