Job Description
CSS Mid-Level Manager– Position consists of overseeing staff, documentation, finances, treatment, program planning and goal setting for assigned teams. Provide the vision for the department, keeping agency mission and values at the forefront. Meet with team(s) as assigned and individuals as needed to ensure the quality individualized treatment is provided to patients and is strength based and recovery focused. Take an active role in the CSS management process including the development and expansion of services based on patient need the department and all of CSS. Assist in ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment, materials, and facilities.
Selected applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Human Services field.
Salary position: starting wage is $57,500.00/year.
