Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, supervision, and working with rigging and materials. This role demands strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of mechanical processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a field crew.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of welding processes.
- Work with rigging and materials to facilitate construction tasks.
- Interpret and implement blueprints in construction projects.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding.
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in installation, rigging, and mechanical processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
