Job Description
Local manufacturer is seeking a Shear Operator.
Position Requirements:
- Must have shear, press, or laser experience and/or mechanical skills
- Must have computer aptitude
- Ability to read tape measure and/or calipers to 100th of an inch (tape measure test required)
- Working knowledge of thin gauge materials
General Requirements:
- Punctual, dependable, and have good attendance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in varied climate
