- Have experience working with estimates, projections and budgets
- Understand contract management and administration
- Excel with computers and related technology tools for managing construction
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by leading by example in the office and the field
This candidate will provide the highest level of customer satisfaction from estimating a project through project closeout.
Some of the duties include:
- Reading blueprints with an understanding of architectural and structural designs
- Project setup, oversight, completion, billing and communication with clients
- Creating strategic partnerships between our company and clients
