Job Description
WORK LOCATION IS IN ARKANSAS CITY
Job Summary
This position will use a variety of chemicals and sanitation equipment to clean and sanitize food
processing equipment.
Essential Functions
ï· Remove all debris from machinery, floors, and contact points prior to cleaning.
ï· Pre-rinse machinery and contact surfaces.
ï· Foam scrub and rinse the entire processing room (i.e. walls, floors, food contact surfaces,
equipment) prior to sanitizing.
ï· Make sure all electrical equipment is bagged prior to liquid use. Ensure aisle ways and raw
material storage area are swept and trash cans dumped.
ï· Handle chemicals used in the process of cleaning and sanitation by following safety procedures.
ï· Maintain and proper use of equipment.
ï· Observe and follow GMPs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Sanitation
Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
ï· Complete all daily paperwork required.
ï· Perform other duties as assigned
