Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company in Lenexa, KS. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for assigned clients
- Manage and track client orders from initiation through final delivery
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or service issues
- Provide clear, timely communication regarding order status and resolutions
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for all services
- Collaborate with operations, inventory, and billing teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, phone, and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds, as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Visual and auditory ability to monitor orders, systems, and communications accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, even in high-pressure situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple systems and technologies
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or fulfillment is a plus
