Assembler Location: Edwardsville, KS
Shift: 1st | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour to start | Weekly Pay
Inova Staffing is now hiring dependable Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Edwardsville!
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and material handling tasks
- Operate basic hand tools, drills, impact wrenches, and other miscellaneous equipment safely
- Load, unload, and organize materials and products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions and meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for entire shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
