Job Description
Kansas Paving / Kansas Ready Mix is looking for a couple of amazing, experienced Electrical Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Truck Mechanics or Heavy Equipment Mechanics to maintain and repair our fleet of Construction equipment, fleet crew trucks, trailers and Cement mixer trucks.

Types of positions available:
- Automotive Mechanic / Technician – to work on our fleet of smaller trucks and cars
- Diesel Mechanic / Technician – To work on our larger commercial vehicles cement mixers, dump trucks, move truck, end dumps and trailers
- Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Technician – To work on our vast array of construction equipment including skid steers, pavers, front-end loaders, backhoes, scrapers, and more!
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must own and provide basic tools (we provide specialty tools)
- Must be reliable
