Job Description
Butler Community College is seeking an adjunct instructor to provide instruction for culinary lab skill classes as well as cost management, menu development and purchasing. Must have open availability. Duties include preparing class lesson content and assisting with events within the culinary and hospitality departments.
Knowledge of basic commercial cooking styles and equipment.
Knowledge of diverse cuisines.
Knife skills and cuts for meats, seafood, and vegetable.
