Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors, while being responsive to requests and supportive of coworkers
• Maintain the lobby, conference rooms, and breakroom to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; manage mail, faxes, and deliveries
• Provide administrative support to teams including Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities Performance, Business Development, and Project Management
• Assist with company communications, employee events, and general administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily performed Monday through Friday with a consistent schedule
Physical Requirements:
• Mostly sedentary, sitting at a desk within an office environment. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, view a PC monitor, talk and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel
• May at times lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
