We believe the most successful way to provide reliable internet is by knocking on doors and talking directly to people in the communities we serve. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a tangible impact and who enjoys the dynamic environment of direct sales, primarily during evening hours
Location:
This role will be primarily working in the field focusing on growing our customer base in South Central Kansas. When not working outside, this position can work from our Buhler or Wichita offices or from home.
A day in the life would include (but not limited to):
- Act as the positive first impression of our brand while going door-to-door to meet potential customers directly at their homes.
- Build genuine rapport with potential customers to understand their unique needs and effectively communicate how our fiber optic services provide the best solution.
- Manage and prioritize your leads, diligently following up via phone calls and text messages to answer inquiries and finalize service sign-ups.
- Answer customer questions while scheduling installation appointments.
- Partner with the Residential Sales Manager to identify strategic locations, attend local events, host tailgates, and engage in community presentations to promote our services.
- This position requires you to be in the field, working primarily outdoors four days a week with a focus on evening hours to best connect with residential customers.

Experience/Knowledge Required:
- 1+ years experience in sales or a similar role requiring direct customer interaction.
- Current & valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
- Physical ability to walk for extended periods, often multiple miles in a single day.
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, engaging with customers directly at their homes.
- Must be willing and able to travel (in-state/local area) approximately four days a week in the field with the potential of one overnight per month.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
