Job Description

Employees will operate all kinds of farm equipment to assist with all aspect of planting, raising, harvesting, and hauling of crops. Job duties include but are not limited to operating equipment to plant corn, soybeans, wheat, milo and cotton, spray crops/fields (Insecticides, Herbicides, Fungicides), and operate equipment to harvest crops (combines, grain carts, farm-trucks, cotton strippers). Employees will need to assist with pivot irrigation systems including installing, repairing and maintenance. Employees will be required to do routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Operate mowers to mow around pivots, ditches and fields where needed. May be required to assist with swathing, mowing, raking and baling hay when applicable. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion.

Housing is provided.  Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered.  Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
