Essential Functions
- Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and work towards achieving long-term success by nurturing positive relationships with clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions, keeping accurate records and providing insightful analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales performance and recommend actions to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Track sales account targets in alignment with company objectives, ensuring consistent progress towards goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of sales performance metrics and utilize them to optimize your approach.
- Actively monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments, and share relevant information with sales management for consolidation in our market sensing process.

- Strong financial acumen to support negotiations, pay-back analysis, etc.

- Work with a diverse customer base with industry sectors that have different value drivers (non-profit, conservation, profit, guest transportation, etc.)
Travel
Position involves 40-70% domestic travel, encompassing multiple industry trade shows and professional engagements.
