Location: Edwardsville, KS
Shift: 1st | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour to start | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available

Inova Staffing is seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a thriving manufacturing team in Edwardsville. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value teamwork, and want opportunities to learn and grow in a stable, positive workplace.

• Assist with assembly, manufacturing, and material handling tasks

• Operate hand tools and equipment safely

• Load, unload, and organize materials and finished products

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

• Follow instructions, meet production goals, and support team success

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable, motivated, with strong attendance

• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
