Job Description
Join our team as a Repackaging/Mixing Paint Lead, where you will oversee the daily operations of paint mixing and repackaging. Working on the first shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, you will guide and support team members while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Pull and inspect raw materials received from the warehouse against work orders.
- Guide team members, delegate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support daily execution.
- Prepare and package finished goods as per work order instructions, including accurate measurement of component weights.
- Pour, blend, mix, test, and package custom paint according to specifications.
- Review work order instructions and associated Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure adherence to specified ratios, parameters, and material handling protocols.
