Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services.

Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities.
- Assist in managing front desk operations during busy periods.

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is beneficial.
