Description:Labette Health’s Home Health team is growing! We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering one-on-one care, building meaningful patient relationships, and helping people recover safely in the comfort of their homes in the Parsons area.
What You’ll Do-
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician direction and plan of care.

Complete comprehensive assessments and documentation through our EMR system.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including therapy, social work, and physicians.

Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and self-care.

Coordinate transitions from hospital to home to ensure continuity of care.

Current RN license in Kansas.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compassionate, independent, and self-motivated — thrives in an autonomous environment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
