Job Description

As part of the Keycentrix senior leadership team, the Marketing Director is responsible for leading the successful strategy, development and management of multi-channel marketing plan, including all aspects of internal and external communication, engagement of client acquisition and retention effort, market research and performance metrics. This position serves as a bridge between Sales, Support, and Marketing to effectively evolve, optimize and support Keycentrix growth and innovation for transforming the business systems used to facilitate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category & Positioning leadership
    • Craft persona-driven positioning
    • Voice to enhance keycentrix visibility and credibility
    • Articulate a clear differentiated positioning across segments
  • Storytelling and Thought leadership
    • Translate product capabilities into customer centric stories
    • Represent in pharmacy ecosystem conferences, thought leadership events etc.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution
    • Lead new product launches and manage commercialization process
  • Content Development & Sales Enablement
    • Create comprehensive solution briefs, ROIs, case studies, digital campaigns,  and sales enablement material
    • Manage marketing calendar
  • Market Intelligence & Insights
    • Conduct detailed market, customer, and competitor research
  • Performance Metrics & Optimization
    • Establish KPIs and develop analytics, behavioral data, and campaign metrics to optimize strategies
  • 8+ years of successful experience in multi-channel marketing, program leadership, and measurable results delivery — ideally within healthcare, pharmacy operations, SaaS, or related technology markets.
  • Expert skills in implementing and working with communication automations, the latest marketing trends and technologies, and managing integrated multi-tiered marketing efforts
  • Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge in effective use of social media platforms, earned advertising, analytics, tag management, ad management, a variety of CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.  Wordpress experience also preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills including ability to compose and curate content, design graphics, write and edit compelling stories, draft statements of work, develop RFPs, manage bids, place media
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both oral and written
  • Able to work with diverse groups of people with a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities/projects
  • Able to travel to customer sites and industry events
  • Experience in marketing planning, strategy and workflows, business process design, behavioral marketing, and data mining and competitor & buyer analysis
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field. Pharmacist with demonstrated marketing or industry engagement experience, or MBA with a concentration in marketing, healthcare, or product commercialization preferred
