Job Description
Volt is immediately hiring for Account Support Representative in Wichita, KS 67226.As an Account Support Representative, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Process and manage customer orders for new product purchases and existing product maintenance
- Support Account Managers by identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Coordinate contract and project activities, ensuring program milestones are met
- Maintain and report on customer backlogs and field market metrics
- Assist in preparing customer presentations and responses to Requests for Quote (RFQs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Actively support sales and marketing campaigns
- Travel up to 5% to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation sales and customer support
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver superior customer service
- Experience with project coordination or project management
- Comfortable working in an open office environment and spending the majority of the day on the phone
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Results-oriented with critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Private Pilot's License, Airframe & Powerplant License, or similar aviation certification
Location: Wichita, KS 67226
Pay for this position is $50K - $80K
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
