This 1st Shift position offers a schedule of Monday – Thursday, 5a-1:30p, with occasional overtime.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist in fabricating high-quality trusses that meet production goals.

· Help set up and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running smoothly.

· Stage lumber, prepare tools, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

· Perform checks to ensure each truss meets our standards.

· Work across roles, assisting in saw operation, stacking, building, and more.

· Basic knowledge of woodworking, lumber, or construction.

· Mechanical skills or experience with machinery.

· Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

· Physical fitness to lift to 50 lbs. repetitively or 100 lbs. as part of a team.

· Authorization to work in the U.S., reliable transportation, and a commitment to safety.

· Ability to pass physical capability testing, drug test and E-Verify.
