PURPOSE OF POSITION: To coordinate daily operations and activities for all One-Stop locations located within the local area. To plan, manage and assess progress towards designated outcomes. To provide functional supervision to approved One-Stop staff. Ensure program co-enrollment, service integration and continuous improvement goals are met to provide accessible and impactful resources to the community. To fulfill mission statement.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Assistant Director of Workforce Development.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Resource Navigation Coordinator.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent Goodwill’s values and mission to internal and external stakeholders. Tracking and providing metrics to leadership. Effective communication with all departments of Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Workforce Alliance, One Stop staff and WIOA core and mandated partners. Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill's mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures access to Job Seeker career, training, business, outreach and employment services.
- Provide lobby and front desk support and oversight.
- Provide staff development. Primarily co-located partners through in-services (twice a year).
- Ensures access to data, information and analysis for programs.
- Level Up Referral Management.
- Plans and supports meetings to include monthly Friday meetings and quarterly Friday meetings and other special Friday morning events.
- Partners with outreach/Goodwill Partnership expansion and assists with Economic Mobility plan development.
- General outreach and support for events in coordination with the Kansas Department of Commerce and Workforce Alliance.
- Coordinates with core leadership on initiatives and activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and supports approved Friday morning One Stop meetings.
- Plans and supports approved Columbus and Presidents Day Staff In-Service sessions.
- Reports monthly on activities and outcomes achieved by the OSO/Resource Navigator.
- Develops agendas and seeks approval.
- Establishes a plan for monthly staff and partner meetings with outcomes and goals.
- Shares outcomes from meetings with partners/staff/organizations.
- Plans and supports In-Service and supports staff group to assist.
- Supports the Mission and Vision of the Workforce Alliance and contributes to the outcomes of Workforce Alliance.
- Supports and assists in achieving outcomes of the Workforce Alliance Strategic Plan.
NOTE: Must have a mobile device and maintain it in operating order within carrier's maintenance capabilities. Must complete/pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Must be a licensed driver.
